Phil Allman Ph.D. Senior VP Business Development/Co Founder
Phil is responsible for the achievement of the company’s strategic relationships, business strategy and sales developments across EMEA and the AMERICAS.
Phil has a strong focus on the technical products that are developed and supported, particularly in the MSO space. Beginning his career lecturing at Durham University, he brings 20 years of experience in client relationships to the business. A lead Co- Founder and Director of Zentive he is a driver of superior customer experience and support initiatives, making sure that all our customers have the best possible knowledge and understanding of the applications and services provided to them day to day.
Prior to co- founding Zentive, Phil held numerous executive positions within the development departments at IBM, then going on to work within the Sales and Marketing departments of that company. After his time at IBM Phil joined Convergys, leading projects to help develop technologies for their Call Centre and Digital Television business.
John Noden MBCS CITP - Senior VP Technical Design/Co Founder
John is responsible for managing of the technology builds of the company, with an oversight for technical strategic development, development planning and reporting, IT infrastructure support and technical operations. He brings over 30 year experience of engineering to Zentive.
Prior to co–founding Zentive John held an executive position working as senior engineer on several projects including CICS for IBM. After leaving IBM John founded his own systems software company operating within the public and financial sector, later he also founded another company which went on to become a pioneering Internet Service Provider.
He is a specialist in low-level computing building blocks and interfaces and inventor of a patent for creating application programming interfaces for critical line of business information systems.
Dave Stubbs MBCS CITP- Senior VP Technical Architecture / Co-Founder
Dave is responsible for leading the, design, development and implementation of Zentive’s provisioning and mediation applications for MSOs.
He has experience in designing and developing applications across many server types including the IBM iSeries, and has a wide range of experience in many computer languages and industry areas. Within his skills portfolio Dave has also worked on line of business systems such as Stock Control and Accounting.
For over 10 years Dave was responsible for design, development and delivery of a fully integrated service management system for one of the biggest international white goods manufacturers. Following this he joined Convergys to specialise in systems integration projects ranging from IVR to Digital Television provisioning software for leading Cable Television Companies in Europe. He was the lead designer and developer for a Web Self Care solution for the Convergys ICOMS Subscriber Management and Billing System.
Dave is the lead architect for Zentive’s trugateway suite of products.
Lee Willis M.Eng, B.ScA Senior VP European Operations/Co- Founder.
Lee is responsible for Zentive’s operations outside of the UK and US. He is a seasoned software systems engineer with over 20 years experience and has held senior positions for companies such as Plessey Telecommunications, General Electric Information Systems, Allied Dunbar, Racal Microelectronics, IBM and Convergys.
Lee leads the development and implementation of Zentive’s workforce management applications in EMEA.
His experience includes the development of assembler based embedded real-time control systems, the design and development of a complex arrivals and departures information system used in Manchester Piccadilly railway station ( UK) and the development and UK support of extremely robust, high availability credit card authorisation and payment processing software used by many major high street supermarkets and general retailers.
More recently Lee headed the development of a high performance/high throughput multi-threaded application programming interface to a mainframe billing application which is currently used by many major Cable Companies world wide.
