Pamela Cooper Director of Business Development
Pamela joined the Zentive Americas team in 2009 and provides consulting services in the areas of business development and marketing strategy. She has over 10 years experience in the cable, broadband and telephony industries specializing in training, data conversions, and software implementations.
Her most recent role was consulting with Virgin Media in the United Kingdom developing training programs and providing business analysis for ICOMS billing software. She has previously held roles as a training specialist, business analyst, and IT consultant with Convergys, Cox Communications, Cap Gemini, and is founder of the Cooper Global Group, LLC.
Pamela has received various awards for innovation and leadership including the prestigious Cox Vision Award for the Spanish Bill Launch. She has been selected as a speaker for the 2009 Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers conference on Broadband and Learning development.
Pamela holds a BA degree from Spelman College, and a MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta.
Gavin White Director of OTT Strategy
As a Senior Advisor for Zentive Inc, Gavin White supports all facets of the company’s business development, partner relations and marketing operations. His goal is to establish a new operating paradigm for the company; one that can foster careful growth capability and attract strategic partners by emphasising both the technical competence of Zentive and the aptitude to retain customers through the ground breaking software applications that they develop.
As a technology fanatic (especially for anything related to mobile, cloud computing and over the top TV services), he ensures that new technology analogies are infused into the fabric of every product idea, research plan and company presentations. He was appointed Advisor in January 2009.
